@Kurise1 He drives with way more balls than all the other guys. Someone driving on the very edge will always seem way faster than the guys who have a reasonable amount of fear going against them. This guy brakes HELLA late in most turns. Very impressive driving.
Is it just me or does his racer seem faster than others? He’s obviously an extremely talented driver.

@TheMasterWinner This is exactly why I like North American road racing (Nascar sucks IMO), running a blocking line is all well and good, but if you cause a crash you just put a faster driver out of commission.
If you are a faster driver you should be allowed to pass, the guy in front has no right to hold you back when you can easily out pace him.
More passes in 9 minutes than sebastian Vettel in all of 2010 and 2011 so far
@buen0brim0 Its not that they do not know how to defend, but its the culture in which they race in. European racing you can go wheel to wheel, defend, push the other guy as far left or right as possible, while in the North American series you are no “allowed” to do that, there are penalties for causing crashes that people don’t want.

@nullus66 Lewis did it in a GP2 car, that way more impressive. But 16 or so overtakes in 9 mins, the competitors must not all be that experienced.

Man all it would have taken is one of those people to not be looking and it would have been game over! lucky he was racing good drivers. great racing tho quite fearless on some of the highspeed corners!. These cars are lots of fun on iracing obviously not as much on the line as in real life
@SuperColossal33 looks like he makes up most of his time in the braking zone into turn 1. He always closes the gap right there.
@nullus66 This is Star Mazda, not F1. These cars are not as aerodynamically perfect as an F1 car hence why there is more overtaking.
@tedgbd not to mention these cars draft fairly well, they race on ovals too
@tedgbd could be low downforce vs high downforce setups.
I don’t see any significant pulling on any cars considering the acceleration these cars have, its just him getting better corner exits.
