they ruined the 2nd generation for the US.the international version is way better and looks more agressive. the 1st generation was the best of all though. is the 2nd generation available as mazdaspeed anywhere?

@zYzmrZIzYz Well, if people would stop buying the FAT edition Mazda would stop selling them. I agree though.

@mydickistoobig2 I have the previous generation 2006 and I routinely get 21 MPH combined with 50/50 driving. Probably the 6 speed transmission that helps.

@virtualboy1995 LOL. I drive a 6 and I’ve noticed that other 6′s I see tend to be moving pretty quick. I guess your right! Really, I think the 6 is a sleeper. I know I bought mine because it’s more of a driver’s car than the Camry or the Accord by a large margin. Especially the Speed series which Mazda doesn’t seem to want to do. I guess they’ve decided to try and ‘grow up’. I would have loved a new MazdaSpeed 6.

I think this looks much better than the new Hyundai Sonata, which seems to be garnering a lot of praise simply because of it’s looks.

@murcielago101 its not cool at all when it comes to gas consumption…the v6 cost u an arm and a leg at the pump…in real life 17/25 is b.s. 14/23 is more likely the case…

a colt brings 172 bhp on a 1.6 L engine

i wish they didn’t make special FAT edition for the US. Sport version on the UK looks so much better
